| Q: | What schools do your offer programs to in New York? |
| A: | The ADKX School Youth Outreach Programs Scheduler is available to all schools & school districts in the 12 Counties of the Adirondack Park. |
| Q: | What format is used to deliver virtual programs? |
| A: | We use the WebEx platform. It is very secure and easy to use. We also can do programming though Zoom. |
| Q: | Can you deliver programs through Google Meet? |
| A: | We are not able at this time to use the WebEx board to interface with Google Meet or Google classroom. |
| Q: | We have scheduled a virtual program, what next? |
| A: | Our School Programs Coordinator will be in touch to finalize the details of your program. If you are new to the WebEx platform a brief practice test will be scheduled prior to your program to ensure success. |
| Q: | My school is not in the Adirondack Park, can we still have a virtual program? |
| A: | Schools outside the 12 counties cannot sign up for free programming using this scheduler, however, contact us and we will work with you to see about scheduling a program! |
